QuestionsWhat should a birthday invitation say?
Who it's for (and the age, if they're happy to show it), who's hosting, the date and time, the place, and when to reply by. Add a dress code, a food or gift note, or a pick-up time for kids if it helps.
How do I politely say no gifts?
Keep it short and warm: "Your presence is the best present" or "No gifts, please. Your company is enough." On an Ajenza invitation it goes in the details, under Gifts.
How early should I send birthday invitations?
Two to three weeks ahead suits most parties; four to six weeks for a milestone, or if guests are travelling. With a link, you can share it again nearer the day as a reminder.
Can I use this wording on my own invitation?
Yes, copy any line. Each Ajenza style also starts with its own wording, which you can replace with any of these.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the link in any browser and reply on the invitation. You see every reply in one list, and can download it.
Is it free?
Making, publishing and sharing your invitation is free, and guests never pay or sign up. Each invitation includes a set number of free guest views; if you need more, a one-time payment unlocks unlimited views for that invitation.
Can I make more than one?
Yes. One Google account holds as many invitations and wedding cards as you need, each with its own link and its own replies. You'll find them all under My cards.
