Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Ajenza provides free browser tools to create digital wedding invitations (the “e‑Wedding Card”) and Instagram Reels. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, features used, general location and device). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them on the cookie banner — decline and no analytics cookies are stored. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Your wedding card

When you sign in with Google to build a card, we store the details you enter (names, events, venue, photos, music choice and style settings) so you can come back and edit them. Only you, signed in to your account, can edit your card. Sign‑in is handled by Google — we never see your password.

Photos & music

Photos you upload are optimised in your browser and stored in Google Firebase Cloud Storage to display on your card. A published card is viewable by anyone who has the link.

Guest responses

When a guest confirms attendance on a published card, the details they submit (name, number of guests, meal choice, optional email and message) are stored so the couple can see who is coming. Only the card owner can view these responses. Guests: please share only what you're comfortable with.

Data storage & deletion

Data is stored using Google Firebase. To have your card and its data deleted, contact us at the address below and we'll remove it.
