The Ajenza Ear Trainer helps you learn to recognise intervals and chords by ear, right in your browser. In Intervals mode it plays two notes and you name the distance between them — from a minor 2nd up to an octave. In Chords mode it plays a chord and you name the quality — major, minor, diminished, augmented or dominant 7th. You get instant feedback and a running score and streak, and every sound is synthesized live with the Web Audio API. Practise with a drone or check answers on the chord player.
Is it free?
